**There be tickets**

The summer is taking shape as I just bought very reasonably priced tickets to Philadelphia in August. After some conferences and training workshops in California, I jet back and immediately head out to the east coast. On tap... a quick trip to Maine to pick up #1 daughter and then a beautiful drive to Bob's Lake for a week at the cottage. Best of all, I won't be making this trip by myself. Cryptic, no?

As long as you're not making hte trip with Adam, cool! Otherwise, well, you know what I'm going to say.

How'd you find reasonably priced tickets? I just spent $400 ($400!) to get tickets for the week of July 4th, which is nearly double what I usually pay. I'm still trying to figure out a way to see Em in Maine, but the cheapest tix to Maine are $500! I might as well go to Europe for that..

I thought I would have to cough up about $400 a tix, but I found a Delta flight on Orbitz for $265 RT. Such a good price, I had to get two:)

And it is not Adam....

Maine is just way to expensive. Emily's airfare for the summer topped $700 by the time she returns to Portland. She is having a blast already. Research windows look over the ocean and there are free kayaks. People leave work early in the afternoon to hike.

How do I get a job like that. Oh, wait... I have one.

Hey now Becca,
if you went to Europe you would completely miss seeing me! Although even though Maine is amazing I would chose Europe over Maine. I still think you all should drive up from Philly to see me :)
